Implementation takes place in the web page itself, which allows any number of web pages from one or more web servers to be instrumented for reporting in a single DesktopResponse server. Once implemented, each time a customer visits the page, application response time measurements are reported to a DesktopResponse server which can be located anywhere and does not have to be located near the web application(s) being measured. Now, reporting by business group or application makes tracking the user experience a snap.
