EASY ACCESS TO WEB PAGE DELIVERY AND CUSTOMER LOCATIONS:

DesktopResponse enables any web page to be monitored, reporting the city/state and country location of visitors to the page and accurate measures of application response times and service levels for all visitors worldwide. No remote agent technology or network attached black box is required -- a web page URL can be monitored from anywhere by simply adding the DesktopResponse technology code (approximately 180 bytes) into the web page to be monitored.

End-user response-times are continuously measured and summarized for any defined website URL. A variety of standard reports are available for easy monitoring and review -- such as an overall response time status by city/state, country, ASN, network carrier and URL, as well as reports for last hour, last 24 hours, last 30 days and the world map view.
